I and my husband Mr.Kiran Rokade have been associated with Akhilesh sir since from past 5 yrs. We have attended most of his workshops. They are unique in their own ways. Emphasis is given on self learning and to be more independent and live happy and healthy life. It's a journey from inner to outer and outer to inner world. I just love this place and its energy because divinity is there. Our reiki master Mr. Akhilesh Joshi has his own unique style of teaching his students. We will be always thankful to god and our friend who introduced us to Cosmic Rhythm. For me Love is always ' Prayer and care '. I have experienced it thoroughly here.

This is the place where you can change your life. Recently I have attended Deep memory healing and Transformation workshop at Cosmic Rhythm Meditation retreat. Each word is less in praise about this workshop, team, place and Master Akhilesh. The place is full of greenary where ever you can see. One can get each comfort during workshop including food made out of organic self grown vegetables. Workshop is unforgettable series of events. Each process bring shift and something will change inside you. I will say it is like a workshop when you go inside you need lot of overhauling and when you come come out of this workshop you is completely refreshed and rejenuavated. Hello. My first workshop was deep memory healing and past life workshop. I went there after my dad’s death. There, with the help of Sir’s unique processes I could release deep seated sadness due to the loss in family. Also by grace experienced different emotions which I never realized I had , those which unconsciously dealing with society, peer, school memories had been embedded in my subconscious mind. I could release them and experienced freedom, confidence, peace and more connected to myself . After that I have participated in various workshop. Each of them different and had very powerful, uplifting experience. With Sir’s guidance and unique, simple but very deep process I have and still am able to release stress, deep memories of hurt which in result has made me tap to my core emotion ( some fear, anger,guilt..) and release it resulting in breaking the pattern of my limitation and expanding my happiness, bliss and focus on myself, my work and each step being guided by divine energy. As this is a journey and I’m in a process to live it fully I’ve always been guided by sir spiritually, to break from my limiting factors and how to gracefully accept the present and by his guidance and his workshop to develop myself to live a happier, healthier life . Only by his guidance I’ve been able to experience energy, the guiding force around us. Experience with joy the life , nature that nurture us. In the residential workshops we are guided and prepared slowly working to connect to ourself deeply . And then with the beautiful process we release them, experience the energy, experience love, freedom . I’ve always come back with my life bounced back with joy, energy, happy to pursue my dream .
