About Cosmic Rhythm: Reiki & Stress management in Center in India

In these extraordinary times, with COVID-19 lockdowns and self-isolations around the world, I have been thinking about the time I had at Cosmic Rhythm over Christmas last year. Right now that experience fuels my life and its ‘light’ keeps me going. This place should be on everyone’s bucket-list. Definitely recommended! I have an interest in mindfulness and personal growth, which has taken me to several places in India, SE Asia, Europe and the UK, that specialise in programmes around personal transformation and support self betterment, so to speak. In my experience, although Cosmic Rhythm has kept itself low-key, it is one of the best managed places in this genre. Particularly for busy professionals like me, who have stressful work schedules, family commitments to juggle, carefully managed budgets and holidays. With limited time and resources at hand, Cosmic Rhythm’s transformation programme provided me a good bang for the buck. I searched their contact details on their website and gave them a quick call. They were extremely helpful in getting me booked on to one of their retreats and assist me in planning my travel to the venue. The resort is located in a peaceful setting, with reasonably good transport links- road, rail and air. Ideal for de-stressing and switching the attention to yourself every once in a while. To paraphrase the definition from the Michelin guide- “an exceptional place that is worth a special journey.”

The cosmic rhythm centre reiki seminars and workshops are the best and of the highest standards in the whole universe. It is a lifetime opportunity to participate in these seminars and workshops conducted by Akhilesh Sir. It is our past good Karma of many life times that give us the opportunity to attend the workshops and get blessings from Akhilesh Sir. Education, career are the side things but attending Sirs' workshops and working on ourselves for life's transformation are the essence of life for which we all are waiting for many lifetimes. Hello everyone....want to share my experience about having the experience of Reiki healing... long time back in May 1998 my father's demise came as a shock to me n my family...n a few months after that I met with a road accident n I got injured n my neck became stiff...n during that time my friend Laxmi gave me reiki touch healing n it was a miraculous experience for me...n that inspired me to myself learn reiki level 1n 2...n as I was also going through a tough phase of my life because of my father's demise now I realise n believe that unknowingly reiki also helped me sail through that phase easily....n after that it has been an ongoing journey...my educational achievement...my intercaste inter religion love marriage...my two lovely kids...n now again reconnected with its regular practice from past 4 years...n now this easy sail through the tough phase of pandemic...n now my urge to learn more n upgrade myself
